Friday Fitness focuses on the foundational fitness modalities of strength, stability, mobility, and proprioception to to help ensure your pet is physically fit, whether they are a competition dog or your family pet. 

​

A FOUR week, 1.5 hours each week- VIRTUAL class focusing on canine fitness:

Exercises for increasing flexibility, focus, proprioception, endurance.

"Equipment" used will be typical household items - no need to purchase props.

Course satisfies the requirements for AKC FitDog Title.

4 Hour and a half virtual sessions delivered via Zoom*;  

Teams must attend 4 sessions to fulfill the requirements for FitDog.
